Envox Reports
Envox Reports is a Web-based reporting package compatible with the Envox Communications Development Platform that provides standard IVR utilization and performance reports including call volume and call duration reports.

Our Standard Reports Allow You to Measure System Performance and Utilization
- Total calls - total number of calls
- Answered calls - number of answered calls
- Unanswered calls - number of unanswered calls
- Service level % - percentage of answered calls
- Total call duration - total duration of all answered calls
- Avg. call duration - average duration of a call
- Avg. delay before answer - average delay between call start and call answer (answered calls)
- Max. delay before answer
- Avg. delay with no answer - average delay between call start and call disconnect (unanswered calls)
- Max. delay with no answer
Technical Specifications
- Compatible with Envox 7.1 and later releases
- Envox Reports only works with Envox and VoiceXML scripts (not CCXML)
- Must be installed inside an Envox domain - not supported with standalone ECS configuration
- Requires PostgreSQL Database Server (installed with Envox Reports)
- Requires Apache HTTP Server (installed with Envox Reports)
